To arrive at the preference-Team to discuss and understand 1) Geo TECH reports and various load characteristics of soil from Geo Tech Engineer and likely multiple options/solutions for a given site. 2) The importance of the structure, expected life and duty, safety. 3) Considering the region/location-specific availability of resources, the time available, the men-expertise n machinery availability 4) the urgency/ need of the structure 5) Cost vis a vis available budget. 6) Give weightage for 1 to 5 and shortlist two or three best options in consultation with PM for Management's perusal 7) PM to use his expertise and convince management of his best choice that will benefit the project most and conclude on the choice.

Il faut alors trouver un compromis entre la conception initiale et les conditions de terrain. Ceci peut se traduire par une modification du projet initial ( pour l'adapter aux conditions de terrain), une nouvelle conception des fondations, ou une nouvelle distribution des charges
