How would you design a library program to attract diverse community members?

Choose a wide variety of cultures when creating programs and other promotional materials. It’s ok to ask people in those communities to help craft activities, especially those that are less well known!

Have a global view of the features such as having your program designed in different languages etc. This gives more users access and increase their interest in the use of the program

Invite diverse representatives from your community to advise in program planning so that you can create relevant programs that your community is interested in.

The library should be all inclusive of the cultures. Carry out a survey to assist you in meeting the community needs. Store books writen in their languages besides. Create awareness through community events such as football matches, music festivals etc. Involve the community while setting up the library on volunteer basis.

Audiobooks for the visually impaired In my country, there is a volunteer group that reads aloud for the visually impaired.
