Solutions are always great. But the effectiveness happens when solution integrates with acceptance. My view is very simple. When you build a solution, it needs to be consulted with the end user. This will solve 90% of problems. 10% needs to seen technologically what are controls which have been built to run the system. Check the log and find what are the issues faced and remove those control which are not pragmatic. This should be solving most of 10% problem. Conduct continuous elearning and remind the users on release notes. I am sure this will solve ERP issues
