How do you use social media and email to generate referrals and repeat customers?

I cane out of education and athletic coaching into Real Estate and use SM video content to relate real estate to athletics and it keeps my sales pipeline full with teachers and coaches!

Creating as details as we can in categorizing warm audience of our company audience is needed. that where we targeted them with our special deals and seasonal campaign, because they are related and have demand with our offer, playing with categorizing our warm audience and see the difference

Clarity -> Consequence. Why now? Why me? Why this? Put on your audience's hat and answer these questions. Anytime you publish content on social media or send emails with the intention for the audience to respond, make it clear: Why are you messaging them now? Why is the content specifically meant for them? And why is what you're saying relevant to them? By doing this, you'll differentiate your content from others, making the urgency and value apparent while maintaining a personal touch. Social selling and email campaigns aren't complicated; you just need to step into your audience's shoes. This just takes some practice.

From a social media perspective, it is important to remember that most audiences aren't logging onto social media channels with the hope and aim of purchasing something. Leading with more of an inspirational outlook will generate a lot more leads than trying to continuously sell to the user every post. If a company page is constantly trying to sell without providing some sort of value to an audience, a lot of the incoming traffic won't lead to any sales.

Building trust on social media and email is key for sales. Think of Simon Sinek's "Golden Circle." It starts with "Why" - the heart of your brand. Don't just talk at people, talk with them. The foundation of any strong relationship is trust built on value. Ask questions & listen to feedback to uncover what matters most to your audience. Using stories or a bit of humor is a great way to get conversations started. Explain value clearly (creatively too if possible) and you’ll build trust, once you’ve trust you’ll build solid relationships. Then you’ll be solving problems instead of selling.

Give as many as natural touch point we can have, with CRM, we can see every single customer have been "touched" by our organic / paid campaign. especially for b2b, having their fixed line number to call is sometimes work, based on our business type. The more touchpoint we give from email, ads, google ads, youtube ads, the more possibility to convert them to closed won

For those who loyal with our business, a personalized email and call would convert the customer to our referral, especially if they are happy with us ! Start offering special offer and use the point of view from customer point of view. thus we have another channel to promote our business, and referral is one organic channel which take time and but can change the hot audience to closed won FASTER

Learning from your customers is the best way to figure out how to go about loyalty. They'll be loyal to you if you do what they resonate with. You can't know that if you're not spending time learning from them. Join their communities, their groups and go to where they are to see what their pain points are, how they buy, why they buy and why they're choosing you over other competitors.
