2 Follow the design framework steps

Once you have chosen a design framework, you need to follow its steps and guidelines. Each framework has its own phases and methods, but they usually share some common elements, such as research, ideation, prototyping, and testing. For each phase, define your objectives, select your tools and techniques, and document your outcomes and insights. For example, if you are using Design Thinking, you may follow these five phases: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Try tools such as interviews, personas, brainstorming, sketches, wireframes, and usability testing.

See, Whatever design framework you follow, ultimately there are 2 things which you've to do each and every point of time, i.e- 1) Converge 2) Diverge Either you are doing secondary desk research, having personas, working on to get quantitative data. Every such thing should converge at a point of time (time being the major constraint). So, Instead of planning what to do first, make your design framework non-linear. Means I will work on this , this and this! And then Done! Pre-Planning things doesn't give a proper breath space to your mind and creativity and passion to do more! Lets give it some space to kick in! ????.

Develop your own design framework, based on your experience and expertise, your goals and values, your challenges and opportunities.
