1 Test your tech

5 Engage with the interviewer

Another key online interview skill is to engage with the interviewer and show your enthusiasm and interest in the role and the company. Use positive body language, such as nodding, smiling, and leaning forward, to convey your attention and energy. Maintain eye contact by looking at the camera, not the screen, and avoid any distractions or interruptions from your surroundings.
