Once identified, Size & Summarize the pipeline of information into manageable chunks. You can have a massive amount of Relevant & Reliable information that you will never have enough time to intake, assess and act on.

An analogy, if I may. You are going to row a boat to a spot on the far side of a river. You can gather data on how fast the river is flowing, how fast you row, etc and spend hours planning the perfect route. Or you can get in the boat and start rowing, looking over your shoulder periodically and make course corrections as you go. The point is, don't overthink. Make the best decision possible within the constraints of information available and time allowed, and PLAN to revisit periodically
