Employers with content employees are likely to achieve corporate goals and gain recognition. Team health directly impacts productivity. Preventive occupational medicine is efficient. Many of my assesed companies promote healthcare through screenings, advice, sports, and nutrition programs. I always suggest to refer to the Workplace Wellness Council who recognizes such efforts. This new corporate mindset benefits companies by fostering employee commitment. HR must address physical and emotional well-being and embrace technology for comprehensive employee well-being enviroments
