How do you share partner performance evaluations with your partners?

The best performance session on planet is based on dialogue, if there a dialogue then all these technical issues are an odd on. The open and honest conversation changes a lot. The idea of performance evaluation is not to destroy the person and backward looking. It’s about how can I do better in future and that can only happen through dialogue, an effective one!

As a former Regional Performance Manager, I contend that when addressing performance, it's crucial to differentiate between job performance and the overall capabilities of the employee. While an individual may excel in specific skills, executing a job necessitates a distinct set of abilities, manifesting through performance. Recognizing this distinction fosters more objective discussions, leading to positive outcomes. Objectivity contributes to a heightened level of professionalism, minimizing resistance and facilitating a smoother, more amicable discussion.

Assign the evaluation conduction date in advance with the partner. Prepare documents. Use Sandwich theory while giving feedback. The location of the evaluation should be in other location, I mean not in the manager office. Be positive when giving feed back .

Best way to share Performance evaluations with any one is to start initially with all achievements in his/her profile taking further that discussion for future goals and mission-vision of organization. Defining issues faced and relevant options of suggestion available. Every discussion has to be motivated so that employees feel energetic to adapt techniques to learning and improve from their failures. Since performance is directly proportionate to Organizational success, therefore, keeping them motivated and helping them over-come failures is very crucial things which every HR professional should consider while sharing performance evaluation with partners and employees.
