I have found animations of the problem to be the best at achieving stakeholder engagement. If it is a steady state problem then find a way to animate it (stream lines, walk-around views). Then gradually distill the relevant information into stationary images, line series plots, and finally a simple column or bar graph if possible. Take the stakeholders on a (short!) journey of learning and provide the information that makes the final decisions as simple as possible.

Accurate and complete documentation is one of the most important steps when sharing or publishing your CFD results. Your methodology - including solver used, meshing strategy, mesh independence study, computational efficiency, etc. - will be used by other researcher to interpret and possibly replicate your results. This is the first step to properly engaging with the broader community.
