Scaling and expastic scaling is very improtant for big data or everincreading data processing Distributed Systems: Utilize distributed systems to spread the data and processing load across multiple machines. Technologies like Hadoop and Apache Spark are designed for this purpose. Cluster Management: Implement cluster management tools like Kubernetes or Mesos to efficiently manage and scale your clusters as data volume grows.

I see the following missing points: - Data Lifecycle Management if you do not wish yourself high costs for storage - Load Balancing - if really the volum of ingested data is so high - ELT over ETL - not in all cases of course
