These scheduled sessions offer a dedicated and structured time for reflection, exploration and experimentation – inviting individuals to step out of their daily routines, challenge themselves and embrace the possibilities of what could be. Schedule these sessions each month!

Supporting learning and development is key to fostering team inclusivity and diversity. Offer training, mentoring, and resources to enhance skills and knowledge. To support remote staff, have robust processes in place. It starts from Induction which should include details about Organization and Team. Assigning a buddy also help the person in settling down in organization, share remote working policy guidelines to all new joiners, set the expectations very clearly, focus on delivery output rather then monitoring the time. Engagement is very important aspect in remote working so engage the team in relevant meetings, have regular cadences and monitor the progress. Managers should be flexible so that team can reach out to them as and when required.

Addition to this could be having a mentorship program for all: Pair experienced team members with those who are looking to learn and grow. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing through mentorship!
