My top priority is always going to be the community member who has questions or worries about their disease or their child's disease. Oftentimes, this means I have to reshuffle my priorities and put aside my to do list to listen and offer an encouraging word or two. Also, a big part is spending time on social media to keep up with the patient and caregiver community to understand their needs and worries. The trick is to set aside an amount of time to be on social. I am easily distracted, so this is a tough one.
