En todas las empresas, en todas las compa?ías el tema innovación está en el centro. Aun asi, en mi experiencia, la manera en como la practican y ejercen no es un valor homogéneo. Cada organización va "construyendo"su propia cultura de la innovación. Y como toda cultura, jamás explícito. Que es más aceptado, como presentarlo, a quien y de que manera, en que área..y así de seguido van generando un modus operandi propio y particular. Conocerlo es clave para poder actuar con este mecanismo. Desconocerlo o negarlo le agrega un alto strees al ya complejo , caotico y maravilloso camino de la creación de lo nuevo.
