Lean results will be visible directly in the bottom line through its obvious gains in wages cost which is directly related with the efficiencies as it can boost cycle times and manpower required, lean is not limited to direct manpower and operations, it can help indirect operations too provided we foresee the potential and do remedies. But Manufacturing cost is the biggest bucket to see its impact.

To measure the success of lean principles in distributing a new building materials product line, we focus on a few key areas. We check how quickly and smoothly we can receive, store, and ship products, how much it costs, and how much waste we generate. By integrating these approaches, we can cultivate a sustainable Lean culture that empowers our team and drives continuous improvement.
