We have a lot of pressure as a CRO to have the sites that produce in terms of patient enrollment and patient retention. For a simple fact communication with the teams and the Sponsor is very crucial. We have constant weekly team huddles, Monday management and Real Time CTMS to measure the growth of progress made by each site in terms of calls made per day and patients scheduled. We address any hurdles the CRC are facing with recruitment in weekly teams meetings and involve the PI to guide us to tweek and improvise our approaches. The sponsor is equally involved with responses to our weekly progress and if needed allows us with more marketing material and sources to help recruitment.
