Analysis of Assessment data is the most important step in the effective assessment process to provide appropriate feedback and plan further to improve teaching and learning. In Mathematics , topic wise and skill wise analysis will help to understand the level of each students deeply. For example, after the analysis of the data teachers will get insights regarding how the class perform in Numbers, Geometry, Problem solving skills, thinking mathematically, etc. Based on the data teacher can plan further to support students to move to next level and implement differentiation in classroom.

We tend to teach how we learned. A good example is whether your lace goes around the tree or you use bunny ears when teaching how to tie shoes. It’s important to remember: while teaching the way you learned is an act of kindness, presenting the material in a way that made the most sense, it’s not always the best way… because that “way” made the most sense To You. If they’re not getting it, another week on the material may not help. Feedback should be not only on how the student is doing, but are you addressing the learning needs of your whole classroom? Most math teachers were intuitive math learners. Don’t get discouraged if your students need the bunny ears or the tree or a square knot. You’re here to teach them to tie their laces.
