This topic alone is incredibly important. The idea of measuring applications vs. interviews sounds good in theory, but when you learn that 95% of recruiters don't look at the applicant pool, this metric can over index on your imposter syndrome. You MUST network. Talking to people makes your chances of getting an interview go up exponentially.

Then, keep all responses in one data place to analyse resume data.

Keep your resume to 1-1.5 pages long at the MAX - Each position you have listed should have only 3-4 bullet points - Anything more than that is over-kill and will be glossed over. Also, remember your audience. The first step is to get through a robot. Add as many keywords as you can in a skill section on your resume. This will help you get through the robot - But it will also help recruiters who often have little to no experience in the industry you work in - Spell it out. Be crystal clear. It will only help you.

The proof is in the results. If your resume isn’t getting you interviews it’s not effective. It should convey your value proposition and allow to reader to clearly understand why you may be the person to hire. If no calls- the resume is not as clear as it could be.
