The effective time management is a skill that develops with practice. 1stly need to prioritize the projects which is having urgency and need to spend more time on it, then setting clear goals on it by defining clear objectives & deliverables of projects on agreed terms & need to create a proper timing schedule on each and eliminating the distractions during schedule if it's not emergency, taking a short breaks to recharge and be productive, breaking down of a big project into small & manageable tasks & assigning to concerned people and following up with them then regularly need to review the progress and adjust as per convince and need to be open lines of communication with team and clients, Adjusting time management strategies accordingly.
