Une solution que je trouve utile quand on n’a pas beaucoup de budget ou de temps pour préparer et déposer un brevet c’est le brevet provisoire. Disponible notamment en France et aux USA, il permet de prendre date avec un format beaucoup plus léger que le brevet régulier, pour environ 15€ de taxes, et on a ensuite un an pour régulariser en le transformant en brevet régulier. Cela permet de postponer les co?ts et s’assurer que le projet est viable. Et on est protégé dès le jour du dép?t de la demande de brevet provisoire ??
