Tratar o tema desde o início, poderá evitar problemas futuros. Outra etapa muito importante que eu considero nas empresas é treinar Gestores de Contratos. Se a área de Compras faz o papel dela e o Gestor de Contratos deixa a desejar: dá ordens a terceiros, n?o faz acompanhamento do contrato e das despesas, boa parte do trabalho se perde.
