Maybe I am to much of an entrepreneur, but from my perspective you never need an "objective" analysis of you companies vision. You need a clear idea what you want to achieve and then you formulate the vision and break it down into chunks that can be realised. This said, I think many managers do manage a company and not lead them. In such cases you need a process to agree on a common vision and goal. This will be tricky though, as the vision is only a consenus of many opinions without one being responsible.

This helps in reducing subjective biases and focusing on what’s best for the company based on factual information. 2) Mediation and Facilitation to reach the common ground: If conflicts persist, bring in a neutral third party to mediate.
