Feedback is a tricky thing. I think there are a few things we need to have in place before asking for feedback. 1 - Are we super clear on our personal brand? Happy with THE message we are expressing? 2 - Have we already done the work? Put in the time to create content that shows our personal brand? That tells our story the way we want it told? 3 - What specifically do you want feedback about? Ask a specific question about ONE specific thing. ie. Please read/watch this and tell me what you understand from it (to check for clarity). or ie. When you see this, how does it make you feel? or Does that speak to you? Would you buy? Keep in mind: 1. Always ask your customers, your mentors - not your family or friends 2. Never betray YOU :)

Have you received 80% feedback that aligns and 20% that doesn't? Or is it more like 50-50? If it's 50-50 consider gathering more data.
