How do you make your customer service stand out?

I address every customer by name and personalize the interaction. How I talk to a senior citizen would be dramatically different from how I would speak to a customer in his or her early 20s. I establish consistent eye contact and keep the interaction very light to keep them smiling. Customers don’t want to feel like they are talking to robots or a paid actor reading a script. They want to feel like you are relatable and have a personality, which I am aware of with every single customer.

People want to know they're being heard. It's important to listen to what they have to say BEFORE outlining your solutions. This goes right up the chain from consumer to CEO. Without effective listening, the easiest solutions are often overlooked.

Totally agree with this statement.To be able to provide an outstanding customer service, you need first of all to know who is your customer their needs and wants to have the adequate solution for them. The status of the company, how popular it can be is mostly related to their customer service, how customers are treated and due to that I will say that customer service is not limited to this department but demand all the departments to be focus to their customers and provide the best customer service at all level.

It's easy said then done. I would highly recommend to experiment alot to actually know them like even what they like/dislike. Brands they follow. Jobs like everything you should know about your customer if you want to attract them.

Active listening is absolutely essential for great customer service for internal and external regardless. Active listening puts your customer at ease the moment you take ownership and assure your customer they are speaking to to right person for the issue at hand.

In this day and age of instant communication, you would be surprised at how much a personalized, hand written note mailed to a customer will blow their socks off. It does not have to be a two page letter, either. Just the fact that you cared enough to take a minute out of your busy schedule to write a note saying thanks for allowing you to work with them can be the "Wow" that sets you apart from your competition.

In long term relationships it's the frictionless ecosystem which needs to be maintained with proactive steps and continuous efforts.

We are doing people business, it is very important to find out mutual connections between customers and business. We need to address customers who highly match with our business so we can convert them into real assets. By doing that, we need to uses seveal Marketing researches and strategies to find out right customers. It is very important because it will save business times and money and we can use the right energy into right people. After that, it is clear that we need to know customers, including their personalities, hobbies and business need and pain points, after that, we need to have great presentation and convincing skills to ensure our products and services match customers' need with low risks.
