Periodic check-ins post the product delivery is definitely good, but how many times are we going to just ask "How is the product?". Each time we reach out to them, apart from asking how the product is, you could put the company's newsletter in front of them, ask if they'd be willing to write up a testimony for the next one maybe, if they have any referrals, some free value added offers that aligns with their immediate upcoming requirements, etc. And lastly, responding to their social media posts is also another way to stay in their radar.

If I was told a day or two ago, I have no problem remembering it. If it was 2 years ago, there's a good chance I'll forget and miss out on an opportunity to give well deserved congrats. I am a real estate broker and I have been providing the first lawn care service for my buyers after closing on a home as my closing gift since 2017. Each year around the holidays, I like to bake a TON of cookies and deliver them to past clients.
