Staff at all levels will be asking "what is in it for me?" and your Quality Culture needs to speak to them at their level. Leadership wants safe product out and revenue in. Besides training in Quality Culture, there has to be meaningful, risk-based, task-specific curriculum. Quality Culture means having clear steps and expectations and when steps aren't followed or expectations aren't met a true Quality Culture will look at the process and not blame the people.
