In my opinion and from experience working with a cloud service provider, you can validate if a cloud training is credible begins with their affiliation with Cloud giants such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon etc. They should also have credible trainers who are certified by the cloud vendors to train others. For example, Microsoft Issues licenses to Microsoft certified trainers. The last of all is the training must align with the curriculum of any of the cloud vendors and you should be able to find the name of the training provider on the cloud vendors certified trainer's portal to validate their authority.
