It doesn't have to be perfect but should convey the concept well enough to test and refine and most importantly as always seek feedback, this can lead to more innovative and practical solutions.

First things first, know that you are capable of doing tasks with time constraints. Not everyone can produce on a time crunch while multitasking. It is ok to ask for help when time is not your friend, even if you are a bit higher up the ladder. If you are involved in a project with time constraints, it is best to come up with a clear and feasible plan on paper that includes a plan B- an alternate strategy just in case…

When you have problem to solve with tight timelines, time also becomes one of the constraints. So you don't have liberty to go around try everything. first step should be to identify constraints/ boundaries which will limit your possible alyternative. Applying creativity withing the constrain can give feasible option in less time. Identify constraints also give you a diection, where to go and where not to go.

I am also an artist, therefore creativity is a skill that often comes more naturally to me than to other people. I like to know the end game when I start a project, but sometimes, the solution evolves as one starts assembling it. Lay out the pieces of what you must accomplish. Decide on how it SHOULD be constructed, then think about how it COULD be - what you can do quickly (NOW!) to hasten the process without compromising the end result too much. I have found that if I sit quietly with no distractions, it helps the creative juices flow. Many times, my thought process, design and approach changes completely when I do this. Getting a task done and done on time is better than getting it done late. Don't worry about the "perfectness" of it.

Complex problems need to be broken down into simple parts to reduce complexity which will lead to reduce overall size of a problem. Solving many simple problems is easier than solving big comoplex prblem.

Something that does wonders when breaking a problem down is mapping it out on a whiteboard or a sheet of paper. This map should include every challenge and solution that comes to mind to draw a clearer picture of what you are thinking. It is amazing how sketching out your thoughts can help ease your mind!

In my experience, speedy way to come to a solution is to iterate or agile way. which is based on fail fast thinking. Earlier we know that the given alternative will work of not sooner problem can be fixed.

Maintaining a positive attitude has helped me stay focused and creative under pressure. During a high-stakes deadline, I made a conscious effort to stay upbeat and remind myself of past successes. This mindset not only alleviated stress but also kept my creative problem-solving skills sharp.
