In order to ensure continuous increase in productivity or sustaining it at high levels, it is important to revisit plans and objectives on regular basis and invite solutions, ideas & encourage innovation & creativity to implementing solutions overcoming challenges discovered at each revisit. Additionally it is also helpful to celebrate the successes and lessons learned from failures to keep the productivity high. Even efforts behind avoiding risks, solutions implemented to mitigate risk & proactive initiative to transfer relevant risk also needs to be applauded & recognized. Its about letting team know they are making a difference & creating an impact & it is not unnoticed. This will help boost productivity & motivate them to perform better

When it comes to collaboration and communication on a project, knowing each individuals preferences and strengths goes a long way. Some folks prefer to keep their heads down and only seek communication as a way to solve a current blocking problem. Others thrive when discussing high level topics and abstract ideas. As you can imagine, the first group generally tends to dislike meetings, and the second one lives for them. Building an efficient team that communicates well means having a team that understands what kinds of communication work best with each other. Spend a little time to figure out those preferences at the start of a project and ensure the team is aligned on them. A happy team is an efficient team.
