I completely agree with this. when designing considering the view point of the user's is very necessary. It gives information that is very useful, for a building to attract a large number of users, you need to take in consideration the users Thier age group , sex , culture, status , finance, health conditions etc.

Obviously, different projects will have different needs. So let me give an example of one type of project. If I was working a custom home, I would take time to go over certain areas of the design (i.e. cathedral ceilings ar attic spaces) with the home owner. However, I think it is important to consider all users and not just your end user. That being said, I try to keep my designs shop friendly and framer friendly as well.

An example have seen is, when designing buildings such as hospital, the design criteria will be different from a church. In an hospital spaces are organised based on function and accessiblty, for example the outpatient are closer to the entrance compared to the inpatient which is located in a more enclosed area from the general entrance. Including of ramps for disabled people to allow movement between levels. Pediatric hospital the aesthethic is going to be different from a general hospital, features that will appeal to kids will be included. In crèche design safety is highly considered, this include the use of fences to prevent external individual having access to kids.

That's very correct, I agree. There are many software's available for various purposes in design. 3dmodelling; there is Revit, grassupper, Sketchup, 3dsmax etc, Parametric design; there is grasshopper, Revit and many more Data management Microsoft Excel etc Visualization; 3dsmax, unreel engine, Lumion, twinmotion, Maya and blender. Etc
