How do you improve your conference by evaluating speakers?

Defining your speaker criteria is a pivotal step in ensuring you have the best possible speaking faculty. However, it's not only down to the "objectives of the conference" or "expectation of audience" to improve your conference you need to provide something above and beyond what is expected. That being said, yes your speakers still need to posses the skills and qualities to be a good speaker but what are those skills? Interestingly sometimes the right person to talk on a subject the "expert" is not the most seasoned speaker. This is where the conference producer has to make a decision, if they are the right person for the topic, how can you provide the right support or setting to ensure the best session for the audience.

Previous knowledge of the subject helps in evaluating the speaker’s and measuring their knowledge Evaluations of a speaker also depends on their qualifications Because if a person has no qualifications it would make no sense For their evaluation

Mainly I was in my younger years not qualified enough to give a lecture, but my professor stated that I can study the subject and replace him in a lecture Despite of being a student My lecture was very liked because of being simple and right to the point
