Lorsqu'une erreur survient, il faut déjà tenir compte de l'absence d'intension de nuire. Il faut garder son calme et avoir de l'empathie. Il faut mettre à contribution l'agent qui a commis l'erreur et toute l'équipe pour déterminer les causes et trouver les meilleures solutions afin que cela serve d'expérience. Firstly, the employee needs to acknowledge their mistake. If not, then the employee needs to be made aware of the mistake & see if they acknowledge their part. Then a discussion needs to be conducted with the team & be made aware of the mistake & any consequences involved. The focus needs to be feedback that builds & create consistency.

Focus on the Issue, Not the Person. Address the mistake itself, not the individual. This helps to maintain the team member’s self-esteem and encourages a focus on improvement. Provide specific feedback on what went wrong and offer actionable steps to prevent it in the future.

If the mistake has an impact on the outcome of a project, I would ask for awareness of this, then ask that they do an assessment of what is at stake. It would be appropriate to ask what they plan to do to rectify while ensuring that we still stay within schedule. With that, we would agree on the action plan and the date for the next meeting while offering to be there for any questions/clarification.

By changing our words, we transform our thoughts and emotions- the essence of true transformation. Words are magic- why it's called spelling. Limitations are caused by beliefs, beliefs by words.
