This vision must be communicated effectively across all levels, ensuring everyone understands and contributes to the collective objectives. 2- Empowering employees by providing platforms for idea-sharing and experimentation. This encourages a culture of continuous improvement and creativity. 3- Leveraging digital tools to enhance communication and collaboration. These tools streamline processes and facilitate cross-functional teamwork.

La innovación debe ser promovida por un propósito. Las métricas del proceso, las lecciones aprendidas para fiabilidad y mantenibilidad deben ser un punto de partida que alinear con las posibilidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías. Si se hace al contrario y no se tiene en cuenta la experiencia previa, lo normal es que los proyectos basados únicamente en tecnología fracasen

En mi opinion, la parte mas dificil es cambiar la cultura de la organizacion, y es mas pronunciado en las areas operativas industriales. Romper ese "asi siempre lo hemos hecho" o romper ese "reactividad" cuando alguien de afuera hacer una oportunidad de mejora, sin primordiales. En cualquier caso, un acompa?amiento y Gestion del cambio asertivo, junto con un involucramiento desde etapas muy tempranas del proceso sin VITALES para el exito.

Es un error pensar que se puede desplegar una nueva tecnología en un entorno existente sin contar con el personal de O&M. La documentación existente nunca es completa y será necesario validarlo con el personal, de lo contrario los errores acumulados pueden no tener solución. Además, las plantas acumulan experiencias de intentos de mejora que conviene revisar y saber si la iniciativa resuelve problemas del pasado o si se vuelve a repetir un camino que se sabe que es equivocado. Muchos nuevos proyectos piensan en el enfoque operativo pero no en el de mantenimiento o seguridad industrial, por lo que se requiere la experiencia del campo

No podemos inventar la rueda nuevamente, la experiencia de los tecnólogos del sector nos servirá para saber cómo ha evolucionado la tecnología así como las experiencias más recientes aplicándola. En proyectos tipo "first of a kind", se requerirá la involucración de los mejores ingenieros del tecnólogo para asegurar que de hace un enfoque multidisciplinar y con capacidad de actuar sobre las limitaciones que se vayan encontrando

La experiencia sectorial es clave a todos los niveles. Se pueden enumerar varias ventajas: 1. Conocer problemas documentados y cómo se resolvieron en otros clientes. 2. Tener feedback de los otros proyectos y poder aplicar sus lecciones aprendidas sobre los errores a evitar y los aciertos a repetir. 4. Las capacitaciones son, en ocasiones, armas de doble filo. Si bien es cierto los más jóvenes querrán usar todos los recursos para innovar, otros de más experiencia encontrarán dudas para no cambiar, por los riesgos que implica, y como ya se sienten en su zona de comfort, difícilmente se les podrá cambiar de idea, es conveniente para esto hacer prototipos (soluciones a baja escala) que permitan ver los beneficios de una solución inteligente, así se involucrará a más al grupo.
