How about dealing with conflicts and difficulties, like: - components, libraries from other teams or 3rd party evolving at different speeds and being/becoming incompatible? - production/testing environment difficult to reproduce locally, or to navigate remotely (and just having Kubernetes or other tools doesn't make it much easier) - colleagues being unresponsive or overloaded, working sub standard, management has no time to address this, or management has conflicting priorities?

I think the thing that worked for me in the past is talking to the team about why something is hard - if you have established psychological safety, that conversation can yield tremendous insights and produce many suggestions for improvement, including needed technical training, pair-programming, refactoring or even architecture changes - on the individual, team or organization level.
