I encourage team members to experiment with new ideas and approaches, even if they don't always work out. By creating a safe space for experimentation, team members can learn from their mistakes and develop new skills and perspectives. I make a point of demonstrating my own commitment to learning and improvement, both by seeking out new knowledge and skills and by sharing my own successes and failures with the team. This helps to establish a culture of openness and accountability.
