I think this is easier than ever before. Given the change in the way we work and so many more people being on Zoom, asking someone to be your mentor even when they are outside of your geography is not odd. In fact, it gives you an amazing opportunity to connect and be mentored by people the world over. So really dig into your network (and the networks of others) and see who you want to approach. Then go for it! Most mentors, are thrilled to be asked. I know I am.
