We were already using a paper-driven Corrective Action system, so our teams knew what to do. Migrating to a digital system was easier because of this. We also made sure good one-to-one training was available to all employees. We also took the time to explain to the entier team that we were moving to a digital corrective action system and why we were doing this. We focused on the benefits to the users. We found that taking users' concerns seriously and talking through any potential worries with empathy is a game changer in introducing anything new. Overall, we found the introduction of CAPA Manager to be easy.
