Debemos comunicar a todo quien tiene personal a cargo las políticas y procedimientos de los procesos de nómina, la falta de información suele ser el principal motivo de los faltantes de pago para el personal. Desde mi punto de vista y experiencia, este punto es la clave para que todo el ciclo de la nómina sea un éxito. Si formas a tu personal, no solo en ERPS, sino también en los continuos cambios legislativos, en sentencias claves, en retribución flexible y en especie... Un ejemplo de esto último, muchos técnicos, coordinadores, incluso jefes desconocen que el Seguro médico no tiene beneficios fiscales en algunas forales. Todo esto sumado con la #integridad, el #liderazgo y la capacidad para decir a un cliente "NO, eso no podemos hacerlo porque no es legal, pero hay otros caminos que sí lo son y ahí podemos ayudarte"
