It's helpful to have a robust application that helps you tell the story with data and dashboards. Your leaders must provide individual, team and management feedback via this application. It can't be painful to use effectively for anyone. You must go all in and track those tasks, track your user story points, know your velocity, know your teams velocity. Understand how leadership interprets it, and don't be afraid to tell the story with data to back it up from your perspective. I think the team (everyone involved whether business, product dev management, your teammate, your manager and executive leadership) has to agree on how you'll track your work. Sprint goals change weekly, and so must the team. Kindness, and Human dignity are ??? too.
