Solution Architecture is an art of converting business requirements into implementable design in the bounded context. For any audience, the context and the purpose are pretty much important to start with, which outlines WHAT, WHY and Business Goals Deriving the current state helps to bring all audience on same page, then deriving future state and couple of transitional states would level set all audience. Articulating the solutions options with pros/cons and recommendation would give the confidence to executives as well as business and IT teams. Here comes the differentiation to the developers who are interested on HOW part with more technology details whereas non-technical team interested to know whether it address all the pain points.

"Solution Architects are Storytellers", We adapt narrative to different audiences. While business stakeholders are primarily interested in understanding customer-centricity and the potential impact on their business functions, engineering teams focus on efficient implementation. If we effectively address the "What," "Why," and "How" aspects of the solution, we will be able to control the narrative well in all forms - documentation, talks, etc.

Achte in jedem Meeting, bei jedem in-der-Abteilung-Vorbeischauen auf die Personen, die sich am wenigsten einbringen, die sich still und zurückhaltend von der Diskussion fernhalten. Vielfach sind es kritische, sorgf?ltig und gründlich denkende Menschen, die wertvollen Input liefern k?nnen. Als Architekt weisst du: 2 Ohren, 2 Augen und 1 Mund bedeutet proportional 80% der Zeit h?ren und schauen, 20% sprechen. Sei kritisch gegenüber den grossen "Sender" im Projektteam.

You need a concise plan, in case things go exactly as you hoped they would. They won't. You must know your topic very well to handle challenges from both business and technical stake holders.
