Avoid lectures and facilitate the team to learn from each other with questions, games etc. Let them be the presenters / speakers and be the facilitator / coordinator - Pay attention to the duration and avoid long lasting workshops where the level of engagement can be negatively affected. If it has to be long, perhaps you can break it into parts - Face to face usually are more effective, but if for various reasons you need to go online, make sure you use interactive tools

Very good preparation is key to feel confident when starting the workshop. Then I always remember that of course there is a framework designed, but I am also flexible to adjust the process, based on the interaction with the participants, in order to reach the targeted outcome.
