Start it by working backward with what is the pain point of the user. By knowing the pain points, the solution provided will be very useful to the user. It will also reduce conservatism as well as unnecessary tjings that can add coat to the project while it is not really required. The solution is fit for purpose. However, this may come with drawback that very short timeline are available as the user has encounter the issue which need immediate resolution. Fast development of the solution with immediately deployment is required. Early feedback from user is required to avoid solution developed divert too far from the original objective of resolving user pain points..
