Just because your employees have completed their mandatory onboarding and role-specific training doesn't mean the LMS party is over! Encourage employees to post on-the-job obstacles and share solutions through your LMS with discussion functionality. Set guidelines to ensure opinions are valued and heard, and encourage sharing of relevant links to social learning and online training resources. Use discussion boards and forums to solicit solutions from colleagues, and as a moderator, share ice breakers and discussion topics.
