What I have found to help foster this type of communication is to learn to trust the actual team ecosystem established. Many times we build contributors but then stifle the abilities of those in our environments based on classical management tactics. When you find team mates engaged in operation, production, and compliance; allow those individuals to be experts in their strengths. This will allow the team to grow organically as each person contributes not only to their role but the strength they also bring to the table through past experience.

Some ideas on how to do it in team meetings: - recognize all ideas and contributions, even if they seem strange or off topic at first - ensure everyone gets heard - this means actively facilitating the conversation so air-time is shared fairly - challenge each other in a respectful way to find the best solution
