GTA are often presented as non-amendable and non-negotiable - not true. - read and check carefully all GTA items if there are no hidden or not fair conditions; - make sure there are no conflicting conditions between GTA and your contract; if there are, there should be clarification which document/ condition is prevailing; - any unfair or inappropriate condition of GTA can be negated in the principal contact; At all times, make sure there are logical and non-conflicting conditions in totality between main contract and all attachments. Make sure you understand clearly governing law, liabilities, indemnities and guarantees, and do not hesitate to request additional clarifications.

Before entering agreement you can simulate some conflict situations if you feel there are any risks, and see how you are protected by your contact in such situations. Remember that contract is build to protect both/all parties; however, each contract initially and in most cases is both beneficial act that usually leads to your and your partners business and relationship growth
