Before defining the requirements should have a risk assessment with that supplier to know whether they are capable to meet my / customer expectation in quality. Component Drawing - "to have clear CTQ points ( Critical To Quality ), avoid having many dimension in this range which in fact are not critical" 2. Agreement of Inspection (Including EOL and PDI requirements) -"this should one given by customer also" 3. Requirements for the Special and Critical Characteristics (100% Inspection / Poka Yoke / SPC) 4. Detailed Consequence management policy. -"very important to share this in time" 5.
