First, appoint a responsible and dedicated unit to process such feedback. Create an escalation method. To push up the unattended feedback after a target date. Have a process to acknowledge the sender of such feedback with a reference no. Have regular shueduled meetings to discuss the the actions taken for such feedback

So true! This is going to be the goldmine in the backyard when it comes to finding the new iteration of the business. Definitely needs to be centralised and preferably run by a task force across all critical areas for best results.

One source that I conceptualized was the feedback button on almost every module of our product. Feedback form was designed to capture only the user suggestion/complaint and behind the scenes it was augmented by the user data we already had from their active session on the product. We curated the feedback experience to be quick and seamless, we ensured NOT to overload the user with mundane (unnecessary) details like name, email etc. etc. Those attributes and other supporting data we already had from their active session. Our focus was to capture the core essence - their feedback. It was super convenient for users and in turn was super helpful to product team to fix issues and improve user experience.
