1 Reliability types

One of the best things you can do to assure the reliability of your data is replicates. Especially when testing physcial phenomena, small difference in testing substrate, environmental conditions, or other sources of variance can have significant (statistical definition of significant) impact on the results of your data. The best way to minimize these issues is greater replicates. The error bars on your data help tell the story. When testing in a situation where data cannot easily be reproduced, multiple such tests under similar conditions should be attempted.

I have found essential in research that the scientist give simple and detailed explanations about how they got their results. If they are easily replicabile I find the study reliable!
