The sentiment metrics had improved significantly in the past year with rapid AI development, but still not 100% accurate. Domain Authority metrics can't really be tied to reputation and authority, and the number of backlinks is just a sub-set of Share of Voice metric. I'd say blended rating across review sites can be considered a true reputation metric, along with PR share of voice.
