There a great career prospect with mastering one of them and have basic knowledge of other fields. Eg Master of Web applications and good knowledge of Mobile application security.

Over time, I agree that people should choose a specialty. I do not think this is something that needs to be done immediately. If you're starting out, you're probably doing network hacking. Then you'll probably try web application and continue going from there. It is good to find your specialty and become a master at that area. If you already know what you want to pursue, go for it. If not, play around a while and figure it out. Master at least one, but know enough to be dangerous in some others.
